ScriptBuddy is a web-based tool that lets users create scripts online for a variety of different mediums.

ScriptBuddy works by having you create different scenes for your script. It then prompts you to create and describe characters in your script and will later allow you to add them directly into your script's template in a few quick clicks. Add dialog and ScriptBuddy will automatically indent for you. You can even add short screen descriptions and notes about the character in parentheses.

ScriptBuddy requires registration in order to use their program, but it is free and relatively painless to get through.
